Job Description
As an IT Recruiter at Sword Technologies, you play a crucial role in supporting our growth and success. You are responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet the continuously evolving needs of our clients. This is a dynamic role where you get the chance to build a network within the IT sector and contribute to the development of our talent pool.
Currently, our focus is mainly on European Institutions, but our goal is to further develop the local Belgian market (both public and private).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract IT talent through various channels, such as social media, job fairs, and professional networks.
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates based on their technical skills and cultural fit within our organization and with our clients.
- Collaborate with our sales and project management teams to understand client staffing needs and effectively fill them.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future project needs.
- Participate in networking events and conferences to represent Sword Technologies and build relationships within the IT community.
- Administrative tasks including maintaining candidate data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and drafting reports.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English and Dutch, both spoken and written is a must, French is considered an asset.
- A bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- First experience in recruitment is a big plus, especially within the IT sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
