The GBS Office enhances the GBS Division by managing key streams such as recruitment, training, transformation, financial and capacity management, risk management, and communication. We serve as catalysts for change within GBS and liaise with external stakeholders, streamlining and centralizing processes shared across all GBS teams.
With the expansion of GBS, strengthening our framework and procedures has become essential. The GBS IT Change Management Coordinator will join the “Transformation, Change Management, and Way of Working” team within the “GBS Office Tribe.” This role is pivotal in advancing the development of various GBS Tribes and the division at large. It will also play a significant role in driving the IT Transformation Agenda and supporting Euroclear’s objectives.
Within the team, the main mission will be to:
Act as point of contact between different divisions within the company and relevant third parties.
Define and roll out a set of processes, practices and ceremonies required for the consistent operating of the division (Agile practices)
Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant tribes and colleagues.
Follow the GBS transformation roadmap
Identify impacts and any risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome or address these.
Follow the implementation of any changes sensitively and with minimal disruption.
Demonstrate the progress and benefits realisation
Prepare progress / status reporting within and outside GBS
Work autonomously on standard activities.
Use expertise to challenge the goals and scope of new request
