HHI Vaccines, Marketing Director – RSV

Job Summary

The Marketing Director for RSV Clesrovimab will be a key member of the HHI PCV and RSV franchise team, focusing specifically on the launch and commercial implementation of the global brand strategy for Clesrovimab. In this role, you will drive the acceleration of RSV pediatric prevention across HHI countries and regions, with the aim of making RSV prevention for infants as easy as possible and breaking the norms and seasonality associated with the disease. Your main focus will be on executing launch efforts and supporting the HHI markets in the prevention of RSV for all infants in each key market.

Key Responsibilities

Market Engagement:

  • Develop the activation enablement strategy and collaborate with the Global-Regional-Local market set-up to ensure successful execution.

  • Support and engage markets in bridging the prevention ecosystem gaps through tangible activities that simplify the prevention journey.

  • Prepare markets for launch strategy in a competitive environment by leading and participating in competitive market workshops and implementing commercial strategies.

Launch Readiness and Execution:

  • Drive standardization of launch plans across key Company markets and regions.

  • Collaborate with key markets and regions to ensure all necessary commercial activities for a successful launch are in place and well tracked.

  • Provide support to markets and regions in the roll-out of healthcare professional (HCP) and healthcare consumer (HCC) directed campaigns.

  • Foster strong alignment across regional and local cross-functional teams to drive uptake of Clesrovimab.

  • Contribute to the development of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to track commercial activities and progress towards business aspirations.

Leadership Excellence:

  • Build strong relationships across the enterprise and become a respected partner within the vaccines and commercial organization.

  • Collaborate closely within in HHI, global teams, Company stakeholders, and key markets.

  • Embrace new ways of working, including Agile methodologies and collaboration technologies, while integrating analytics into decision-making.

  • Exemplify a positive mindset and behavior and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required), Master's Degree (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in local, regional, and/or global commercial functions including marketing, product management, or market access.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Demonstrated leadership/management skills across diverse stakeholders.

  • Understanding of how HCP and consumer marketing and vaccination delivery systems work.

  • Strategic and innovative thinker with a learning orientation.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to make decisions in uncertain situations.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Ability to analyze and communicate large amounts of data effectively.

  • Proven ability to drive results while maintaining high ethical standards.

  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Expertise working with market access and launch brands.
