Zoetis is looking for a Digital Lead .

The Digital Lead plays a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation and shaping our online presence to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth and success.

The digital Lead manages one digital manager, implements innovative digital strategies, and leverages cutting-edge technologies to deliver impactful results that resonate with our target audience, pet owner, farmers, vet staff and other stakeholders.

By harnessing the power of digital marketing channels and analytics, the Digital Lead helps us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, positioning Zoetis Benelux as a leader in our industry. The Digital Lead leveraged digital innovation to drive business outcomes and thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment, collaborating with all teams of the organisation.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer and consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels (e.g., website, email, social media, SEO/SEM, etc.).
  • Lead the digital manager, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Center of Excellence, to align digital efforts with overall business objectives and priorities.
  • Analyze data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize digital campaigns and initiatives for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage digital budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of projects.
  • Relationships

  • Develop mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with local and international teams based on high quality interactions and exceptional provision of service
  • Implement bespoke solutions for the customer, utilising all available resources and tools
  • Address the specific and individual needs of customers and consumers proactively and effectively
  • Work effectively at all levels in the team; with the General Manager and Business Unit Directors and with all relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to the success of your team by sharing best practice with colleagues and proactively introducing ideas

  • Maintain high standards of business conduct and compliance, adhering particularly to Pharmacovigilance Policy, Global vet Policy, Zoetis values, travel & expenses policy and local codes of practice.

    Capability in, or potential to develop :

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics
  • Strong leadership abilities

  • TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 5 years
  • Experience in leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a commercial industry
  • Experience in a digital lead role
  • Professional experiences gained in industries or sectors outside of Animal & Human Health are welcomed
  • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • High frequency of travel. Drivers License required.
