CRM Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Telenet, your mission is to collect, structure, and analyze internal and external data to provide strategic, tactical, and operational insights that drive Telenet's growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs and translate them into research questions for data analysis and asset creation.
  • Analyze and interpret data using modern methodologies and statistics, turning trends and patterns into actionable insights.
  • Manage end-to-end use cases, research projects, and data initiatives, ensuring transparency and stakeholder alignment.
  • Present compelling reports and presentations to support decision-making across Telenet.
  • Build self-service data assets, enabling flexible and agile research tools and reporting.
  • Proactively improve data literacy within Telenet, identify process enhancement opportunities, and recommend system changes.
  • Knowledge & Skills:

  • Good understanding of the telecom sector and in-depth knowledge of Telenet's business processes and data assets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and data interpretation, providing valuable insights for growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think beyond figures and connect the dots.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, privacy, security, compliance, and procurement.
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and organizational changes.
  • Problem Solving:

  • Monitor data quality and develop data assets and frameworks.
  • Weigh temporary and structural solutions for optimized outcomes.
  • Initiate improvements to optimize business processes and solutions.
  • Consolidate insights into best practices for impactful decision-making.

  • Minimal Requirements:

  • Master's degree with 3-5 years of relevant data experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch (NL) and English (ENG).
  • Passion for data and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Flexibility and autonomy in work.
  • IT-technical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and programs.
  • Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Experience within the telecom sector.
