The Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Mid-Level Front-End Developer with an SEO and design background to join our marketing team. This role is a unique blend of technical development and visual design, ideal for someone who is passionate about creating beautiful, user-friendly websites. You will develop front-end projects with a keen eye for design, ensuring our websites not only function well but also provide an exceptional user experience. Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of SEO are key to this role.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating our existing websites, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Contribute to the implementation of analytics tracking and reporting tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in front-end development and digital marketing.
  • Implement and optimize analytics tracking, ensuring design choices are data-driven.
  • Proactively suggest design and usability improvements for our web presence.

  • Passionate about web development and shipping apps that are used daily by millions of users.
  • JavaScript expertise and up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Experience building, debugging and testing complex systems in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Likes working with a team, but not being micromanaged.
  • Takes pride in ownership; entrepreneurial.
  • Experienced with agile and lean development methodologies.
  • Practices automation, continuous integration, and rapid iteration based on user feedback.
  • Interest in technical and product strategy shaping everything we do.

  • Intermediate proficiency in front-end technologies, including React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • A keen interest in SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a predominantly developer-driven company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab is a plus
