Key Responsibilities for This Role Include:
Area: Inventory Management
Advanced excel skills will be utilized and intense analytical skills are required for:
The reporting of monthly and YTD reconciliations.
The daily investigation into unreconciled items.
The monthly processing of financial data.
The supply of certain financial information to internal and external customers.
Reviews monthly denied items spreadsheets before being released internal/external.
The periodic completion of specific reconciliations within agreed timescales, e.g. Stock count, ageing inventory and yield analysis.
Ensuring that Viatris rules, regulations and codes of practice are always adhered to.
Responsible for all processes and systems pertaining to the Inventory accuracy maintenance including in case of product related payments issues
Area: Product Shipment Execution
Accountable for the timely and accurate movement of product within the portfolio:
Monitor/inbound and outbound shipments for seamless execution and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to achieve Inventory accuracy.
Establish the flow of Incoming documents from all external suppliers and internal sites.
Support document retention for the Department.
Participate in the definition of change of Mode of Transportation (MOT) and monitor shipment decision.
Area: (Continues) Improvement initiatives and projects
Collaborate with all other teams within and outside Viatris Global Supply Chain to assure supply and improve efficiency of processes
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain management, Trade or Management) or equivalent experience
Minimum 2-5 years working experience in a Supply Chain environment is prefered.
Proven work experience in Inventory management or similar role
Understanding of supply chain concepts and Pharmaceutical manufacturing operations is an additional asset
Knowledge in SAP ECC is an advantage
Strong analytical skills & solid ability to understand business issues and processes
Strong skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, are required
Fluent in English (both spoken and written), other languages are an added value
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a demonstrated ability to participate in teams
Well-developed interpersonal skills (team member, integrity, flexibility, creativity) with ability to work in a complex matrix organization and contribute in teams.
