Senior Total Rewards Analyst

  • Responsible for aligning and harmonizing the total reward programs and policies within EMEA in the assigned countries to define and maintain an employee proposition aligned to the Company vision.

  • Providing management and HR team with compensation support/counsel and offers creative solutions to compensation-related issues related to offer-making process, job levelling, and internal equity adjustments.

  • Assisting and emitting recommendations to HR colleagues and to the business when it comes to talent retention, job evaluations, gender pay gap and Union/Works council activities. Elaborating in the different countries employee communications materials including, but not limited to memos, company announcements, and materials reflecting the Company’s key messages as related to total rewards.

  • Ensuring local benefits programs follow local legislation, driven by local and job markets and aligned with the company total rewards strategy.

  • Assisting Merge and Acquisition activity, which mainly includes Total Rewards integration of newly acquired companies.

  • Assisting in the planning of the annual total compensation process in Workday including market movement analysis, budgeting considering the local required increases, validation and testing of tools and systems, process execution and data integrity checks.

  • Supporting benefits design and policy development, communication to partners and employees, and drive the implementation of our benefits in our systems ( Darwin).

  • Partnering with existing benefit providers and brokers to support benefit renewal processes and negotiations across multiple locations.

  • Participate in several projects where Total Rewards can bring in its expertise.

  • Qualifications

  • Confirmed experience (5 years or above) in compensation and benefits in an international environment.

  • Proven understanding of European compensation & benefits policies and practices is required, especially of the Dutch & Belgian market. Knowledge of the French market is a plus.

  • An academic working and thinking level including degree in related field.

  • Strong understanding of international benefits practices & regulations (especially Continental Europe).

  • Experience in designing and rolling out country benefit policies and support introducing flexible benefit programs and platforms/systems.

  • The ability to demonstrate strong, persuasive verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to identify creative solutions and implement with minimal direction is required.

  • Strong MS Office Suite skills including sophisticated Excel skills, and proven daily usage of Workday

  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a complex and fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in English; Dutch or other European languages are a plus.

  • Project management skills.
