Senior Quantitative Risk Analyst | Brussel

Omschrijving

You will develop and monitor financial models for pricing and/or risk monitoring (credit, markets, and so on) in various areas. You will provide technical support to the teams concerned. You will contribute to the management of positions, taking account of legal requirements.

You will analyse the underlying workings of financial products and the characteristics of the underlying assets.
You will design new financial models and tools for pricing and quantifying standard risks, and you will improve existing models.
You will explain the models to the programmers and communicate with the relevant Belfius departments regarding the functioning and use of various financial derivatives (Equity, Interest Rate, Forex and so on). 
You will manage and monitor the models created.
You will analyse the uncertainties generated by the use of models and seek to quantify them.
You will manage long-term projects for various entities in order to meet modelling needs at Belfius.
