Leading and managing strategic projects within the life insurance sector, focusing on core business and commercial related objectives ensuring adherence to project management best practices.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and commercial strategies.

Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and overseeing project execution to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery while maximizing business value and commercial outcomes.

Utilizing project management experience / consulting background, skills and methodologies to provide strategic guidance and insights, identify opportunities for business improvement, and drive organizational change to achieve project objectives.

You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field or the equivalent experience.

You have a PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.

You have 5 to 10 years of senior-level experience in project management, preferable with a consulting background, focused on driving business and commercial initiatives within the insurance industry.

You have a strong understanding of business and commercial principles, with proven experience in delivering projects that contribute to revenue growth and profitability.

You have a good knowledge of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.

You have proven experience in successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

You have excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and a good command of the other national language and are comfortable working in English.

You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

You are able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

You are quality and client oriented.

You are autonomous, a fast learner and can take the initiative quickly.

You have knowledge of the Insurance sector.
