SAP Support Coordinator

To accommodate our growth we are looking for a dynamic, SAP Support Coordinator.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Support Coordinator with the knowledge of general SAP S/4HANA processes who will ensure the quality of SAP support (incident and change) and provide coordination between the internal team, external partners and business end-users. We are looking for a person who likes to collaborate with local and international people.

The person in this role will report to SAP CoE Manager and support Nipro’s Digital journey and migration to S/4HANA. He/she will act as a single point of contact for AMS topics, manage service levels towards the business team and maintain the ITSM setup related to SAP support.

Current SAP modules in scope: FICO, SD, MM, eWM, PP and QM. We are looking for a person who has S4 (basic) knowledge in at least one of those modules and is willing to learn business processes and S4 modules.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate SAP support processes and be the single point of contact for the business and IT teams, as well as for external partners.
  • Maintain and improve ITSM setup related to SAP AMS processes.
  • Align the IT services delivered for Nipro with SAP CoE standards & processes.
  • Provide support and assistance to users, diagnose and resolve system issues in cooperation with the internal team and external SAP partners.
  • Optimize the system usage and help the business to use the application in a more efficient way.
  • Transfer to key users the necessary knowledge be able to use the application in a correct manner.
  • Manage service levels towards the business.
  • Align SAP releases with project / support schedules.
  • Ensure smooth transfer of implemented solutions from project to support mode.
  • Manage internal knowledge base, ensuring proper documentation of the system changes according to the change management policy.
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with ISO and JSOX quality requirements and taking Nipro values into account.
  • What You'll Need

  • You have preferably around 3 years of SAP experience in one or several modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP.
  • You follow and understand main end-to-end flows in SAP (P2P, O2C, R2R).
  • You demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of ITSM processes (Incident management, Request fulfilment, Access Management, etc.)
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • You’re able to solve problems and develop solution that reflect your knowledge and understanding of both SAP best practices and business flows.
  • You are customer minded.
  • You have good organization skills.
  • You have an analytical mindset and willing to learn.
  • You’re able to communicate and translate IT talks into business language.
  • You have a proactive and out of the box mindset.
  • You demonstrate flexibility and mobility to optimize contact with the different business units and entities.
  • You have a university degree or the equivalent by experience.
  • Your SAP S/4HANA or SAP BI (BW, SAC, Datasphere) experience would be an asset.
  • Languages: English is a must, any other language is a plus
