Responsibilities

* Analyze requests from the ticketing system
* Understand business needs and evaluate requests
* Document requirements in the form of structured specifications
* Design and develop reports (Qlik Sense, Excel, Excel via Power Query)
* Adapt and improve existing reports
* Identify and propose alternative solutions in the event of limitations
* Validate the consistency of data from the ERP and other systems
* Ensure alignment with current business processes

Qualifications

Technical Skills

* MySQL or equivalent
* Qlik Sense

* Strong understanding of data structures

* Experience in reporting/data analysis involving interaction with business units
