Quality Project Manager (all genders)

Your responsibilities

  • Project management: Lead and control global projects assigned to the service unit "Quality Systems & Processes", working closely with team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track
  • Business process management: Gather and analyse information from experts and process owners to visualize business process flows by using process modelling tools Learn and stay updated on process modelling methodologies (BPMN) Maintain Datwyler’s business processes landscape considering requirements from applicable ISO standards Cooperate with stakeholders and process owners to support process improvement initiatives
  • Quality system management: Coordinate the global scheduling of certification audits in cooperation with the Datwyler’s locations and the certification body Support the internal stakeholders on topics related to compliance to applicable ISO norms Participate to internal audits and manage the relevant documentation
  • Our requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in either a business or technical degree (engineering, science, information technologies)
  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience with process modelling methodologies and tools (BPMN)
  • Understanding of quality principles and experience with ISO 9001
  • Strong coordination and organization skills with a high level of proactivity and reliability
  • Ability to manage work independently and effectively collaborate across multiple cultures in a global environment
  • Fluency in English (written and oral min. level C1), German and any other language would be an advantage
