Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a CQA Engineer, you will listen to the Voice of the Customer (VOC), manage the related KPIs and be responsible for evaluating, monitoring and optimizing process and product quality.
Continuous alignment with Customers (OEM) on Claim management
Coordination of Customer Audits
Analysis & Coordination of return material from OEMs
Coordination of containment actions driven by OEM claims
Coordination of definition, implementation & documentation of Corrective actions (8D & 5Why & Ishikawa
Continuous alignment with co-departments (internal & external departments)
Maintain and develop a reporting system on customer claim management
Supervise and control new OEM projects from quality planning perspective (APQP & PPAP)
Expectations:
Fluent English and Dutch
Advanced knowledge of basic software (outlook, office) à Power BI is a Plus
Analytical & systematic way of thinking
Good communication & stress management
Proactive, precise & autonomous
Deep knowledge of core quality tools (PFMEA, APQP, CP, 8D, PPAP)
