We are looking for a  Planning and Resource Management Analyst  who is innovative and agile to join us in our team ,  based in  Brussels, Belgium or Slough, UK.

About the role

Part of the Research & Development Planning & Resource Management (R&D PRM Integrate) pillar which is part of Insights to Impact R&D Development Solutions. Working closely with the other two pillars that are part of the Planisware (internally called “Integrate”).

Supporting across the organization i.e. Supply & Technology Solutions (S&TS) and IT.

What you’ll do

  • Provide functional support to the R&D users of Integrate (= Planisware at UCB).
  • Share and educate our stakeholders around Project Management best practices.
  • Be part of the product team, managing the lifecycle of Integrate
  • Train the Integrate R&D users
  • Lead or coordinate transversal initiatives around process improvements or Integrate deployments
  • Be curious and network

  • Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Experience with Planning and Time tracking tools preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge or at least exposure to Planisware.
  • Experience using SAP is also advantageous.
  • Ability to work with diverse Teams in different geographies
  • Good understanding of the drug development process
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a matrix organization
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution mindset
