Rôles & Responsabilités

DynaFin, a leading financial consultancy firm, is currently seeking a skilled Project Manager Transformation to lead projects from inception to deployment. This pivotal role involves supporting strategic operations projects.

Your Missions :

Stakeholder management: Manage multi-dimensional aspects of the project (Process, Operations, Compliance, Change, Business Requirements, IT)

Governance: Take full responsibility of a dedicated scope of the entire program, in support of the program manager

Coordination: Support coordination and implementation of the project roadmap, managing planning and scope

Project Leadership: Lead projects aimed at enhancing process and operations management.

Profil

You have a masters degree in economics, finance, commercial

with at least 5 years of Project Management experience.

You are fluent in French and Dutch with a good command of English.

Technical knowledge of Process Management and Operations Management will be an added value to have a comprehensive vision of detailed needs.

Soft Skills: Client-oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, a proactive learning mindset, autonomy, stress resilience, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities.
