As Litho Process Development Engineer you will be a member of the LithoDev Process Development team, part of the Advanced Patterning department.This department is responsible for overall material screening and developing the lithography processes. These screening and development requests are asked by the process integration departments running imec’s CORE programs, Joint Development Projects, internal advanced patterning projects and technology transfer projects. Your focus will be on packaging activities.

The assignment

As Litho Process Development Engineer you are responsible for:

  • Executing litho processes in 200mm and 300mm FABs and documentation of your results.
  • Designing, executing and analyzing the experiments will be needed.
  • Delivering high quality lithography processes for imec internal programs as well as customers as the core job. 

    • Required knowledge and skills

  • Engineering degree/mindset.
  • Previous experience in cleanroom or any other lab environment.
  • Good level of English.
