We are looking for a Contract Logistics Process Engineer to join our site in Tessenderlo. Your Role As a Process Engineer you work on multiple projects of different complexities at the same time. This could be the design of a new layout of the warehouse, or the implementation of an innovation. Colleagues often see you with your work boots on, but you are also regularly in the office to, for example, supervise project meetings, make plans, analyze data or report. Your Responsibilities

Draw up procedures and flows;
Define the workload process to achieve the most efficientflow of goods for our warehouse;
Analyze and resolve disruptions within our operationalprocess;
Developing, following up and securing projects, newworking methods and resources for existing and new processes and services, allto improve efficiency, delivery performance and quality within the warehouse;
Collaborate with other departments such as inbound,inventory and shipping

Your Skills and Experiences

An initial experience of 2-3 years in the logistics worldand in process analysis is required;

You have a university/bachelor's degree, preferably an engineer, or equivalent through experience;
Experience in managing and successfully implementing projects is required;
Interest in logistics, process quality and the drive topursue excellence;
Knowledge of WMS systems is an advantage;
You are an outspoken problem solver and have the drive tosolve operational problems with due speed;
You are also critical, analytical and constructive. You are primarily a team player, but you are also able to function autonomously.
You have a broad technical interest and combine this witha healthy insight into the warehouse world and a creative approach;
You are driven and results-oriented person who dares to go off the beaten track.
Good knowledge of English. Dutch is a plus.
