What You'll Do:

  • Act as an ad hoc support as a Plant Controller for month end closing, forecast or PCO calculations (when the position of Plant BP is temporarily empty) for a certain period of time.
  • Make sure that Corporate Indirect Production Charges or Real Estate Overheads remain within targets and prepare forecast.
  • Support the CAPEX process: Forecast, Reporting consolidation, Budget allocation, alignment with consolidation team.
  • Support the Plant BP Academy to develop training documents to ease the induction of new comers as Plant Business Partners or Finance BP Operations to make sure the Operations Finance community keeps aligned.

    • What You'll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in economics or finance.
  • Several years of relevant experience in plant controlling.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SAP, Analysis for Office or other BI-tools is highly appreciated.
  • Pragmatic and result-driven approach with analytical and critical mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player attitude which enables you to work in a constructive and positive way with your colleagues in a multicultural environment.
