We are seeking a Lean Process Engineer to join our team at Amaris Consulting. This role is perfect for professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in the field, looking for an opportunity that offers an Undetermined Duration Contract and is based in Belgium.

• Evaluating main production processes and configuring manufacturing systems to improve product quality, develop best practices within the production process, enhance sustainability and reduce costs.

• Participating in new products developments by designing innovative production processes.

• Defining best practices for different tools while providing clear instructions to operators about machine settings and sequences that guarantee optimal and reproducible product quality.

• Contributing significantly towards the development of new products through your expertise in lean manufacturing principles.

• Developing efficient processes aimed at increasing overall efficiency within the organization's operations framework.

About You

The ideal candidate would be someone who has a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles coupled with a knack for innovation. Your ability to evaluate existing systems critically, identify areas for improvement, design effective solutions, and implement them successfully will be key factors determining your success in this role.

• You have between 4-6 years' experience working as a Lean Process Engineer or similar roles where you've had hands-on experience implementing lean methodologies on the ground level.

• Your problem-solving skills are top-notch; you're able not only identify issues but also come up with practical solutions that can be implemented effectively.

• You possess excellent communication skills which enable you to provide clear instructions and explanations to operators about machine settings and sequences.

• You have a proven track record of contributing significantly towards new product development initiatives.

• Your ability to develop efficient processes aimed at increasing overall efficiency within the organization's operations framework is commendable.
