Lead Field Service Technician (East/West Flanders - Fire & security))

Responsibilities : 

Configuration and commissioning of new safety systems, possibly in collaboration with subcontractor(s).
Installation work on new installations, under the supervision of the project manager.
Preventive maintenance and periodic maintenance of existing installations.
Supervising installation inspections together with a recognized inspection body
Interventions on existing installations
Programming/customizing the management software based on the customer specifications
Management of installation technical documents
On-site training and advice to customers on the operation of their safety systems

You will report to the Field Service Leader

Profile:

 
You have an A2 TSO or a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electricity, Electromechanics or you are in possession of a diploma in steering and security techniques.
First relevant experience in the security sector is a plus, knowledge of electronics and ICT is required.
You can work in a team as well as independently.
You are eager to learn
You are customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills
Our working language is Dutch, but you also need to understand English. French is a plus.
Ideally, you live in the broad East/West Flanders region
You are in possession of a valid driver's license
