Responsibilities

* Analyze **KYC, AML and CDD** requirements.
* Review **client ownership structures and UBOs**.
* Perform **KYC documentation and gap analysis**.
* Support **client onboarding and recertification** processes.
* Gather and document **business and regulatory requirements**.
* Work with **Compliance, Operations, Relationship Managers and other stakeholders**.
* Validate the **quality, completeness and consistency** of KYC information.
* Support **sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening**.
* Contribute to **risk assessments and KYC decision-making**.
* Identify opportunities for **process improvements and regulatory changes**.
* Prepare **business requirements, process flows and user stories**.
Qualifications
- -------------
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or Business Administration**.
* **3 years of experience** as a Business Analyst in KYC, AML, Compliance, Banking, or Financial Services.
* Good knowledge of **KYC / AML / CDD and regulatory compliance**.
* Experience with **risk assessment, data validation and process analysis**.
* Strong **analytical and communication skills**.
* Good stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
* **Fluency in Dutch or French is mandatory**.
* Good command of **English**.

* Experience working with **Compliance, Operations, Relationship Managers and other stakeholders**.
* Experience with **KYC documentation, data validation and risk assessment**.
* Experience in **Agile environments and working with delivery teams** is a plus.
