### **About the role**

We're looking for ambitious graduates and junior professionals who are excited by technology, building software, applying AI in their daily work, and solving complex problems.

Depending on your strengths, interests and ambitions, you'll start your journey as a Product Owner or a Software Engineer, supported by experienced colleagues within our Axon™ team, who will help you grow from day one.

As part of Axon's Product \& Engineering team, you'll:

* Collaborate with customers, users, and colleagues on technology challenges.

* Translate problems into product ideas, features, and software solutions.

* Help build and improve Axon through product innovation, software development and AI-powered capabilities.

* Work in one of our small sub teams of Product Owners and Software Engineers to bring ideas from concept to reality.

* Take ownership, learn fast, and contribute to a product used by global industry leaders.
