We are seeking a seasoned IT Support Analyst to join our team at Amaris Consulting. This is an opportunity for professionals with 7-10 years of experience who are looking for an Undetermined Duration Contract in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and expertise in the areas of content management (ECMs), eCTD Publishing, and Product Registration.

• Act as subject matter expert and technology expert for the Publishing tool, DocuBridge by Lorenz; assess release notes with the process owner; Upgrade the system; solve related issues.

• Provide support to projects as assigned (e.g.: documentation, installation, qualification, testing, release).

• Support qualification activities as needed (e.g.: write/execute assigned installation / operational qualification scripts).

• Implement configuration changes as per their approval.

• Contribute to 3rd level support of incident and service request management ensuring qualitative and timely resolution of incidents.

• Able to work effectively within a global team setting.

• Demonstrate proficiency in common database technologies such as Oracle and MSSQLExperience with DocXtools, DXC Toolbox, PleaseReview and StartingPoint would be advantageous but not mandatory.

This role offers you an opportunity to learn new technical skills while supporting a global user base. You should also be open-minded towards taking on additional systems' support duties if required.
