Valuement is an international consulting company, part of Mantu Group, operating in 60 countries, with a primary focus on the retail market and now also expanding new industries.

We are actively developing our markets and therefore we are looking for an IT vendor specialist to implement projects within our operational team.

The landscape of our IT services is evolving rapidly, necessitating a keen focus on service quality and cost management. The IT Sourcing Management team plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing a sourcing strategy that optimizes the utilization of internal resources, external contractors, and partner companies, both domestically and internationally.

We are in search of an IT Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic & multicultural team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine our IT sourcing approach, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maximizing value from our internal and external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the formulation of our short and long-term IT sourcing strategy, backed by a robust business case
• Define clear delineations of responsibilities between the IT Sourcing team and IT Services Delivery managers
• Ensure adherence to service agreements with key IT partners and oversee compliance efforts
• Monitor and manage SLAs and KPIs with our primary IT partners, recommending enhancements where necessary
• Enhance reporting mechanisms related to our IT workforce in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Document IT sourcing processes and drive continuous optimization initiatives
• Execute various sourcing processes, including regular audits of IT partners and external collaborators

Mission Period:

• Expected Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 12 months (possible part-time; 3 days a week; hybrid work model)

Language Requirement:

• English: Professional proficiency
• French & Dutch: Conversational proficiency

Location:

• Brussels city center

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Soft Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills (2-5 years of experience) with ability to handle confidential information (2-5 years of experience), autonomy in work execution (2-5 years of experience)
• Business Experience: Experience within a medium to large IT department (5-8 years of experience), familiarity with working alongside offshore partners (5-8 years of experience)
• Technical Experience: Proficiency in MS Office suite

Preferable Requirements:

• Ability to devise innovative solutions tailored to specific contexts with a strong attention to detail
