We are recruiting an International Process Engineer for KI (Knauf Insulation). This position reports hierarchically to the Group Industrial Performance Director.

We are relaunching this Program for the 2024 edition.

For this edition, we're looking for 4 International Young Engineers with whom you'll be working during your first few months:

Six months on-the-job learning in Belgium, as from 15thJuly until 06th October, and Slovenia, as from 06thOctober until 15th December.

It will then be followed by 18 months in one of our Knauf Insulation plant abroad to work on several projects within process and quality teams.

What you’ll be doing:

Be part of a Process team in one of Knauf Insulation's plants.
Support teams in the project management of large and small projects.
Gain practical experience and learning opportunities throughout the program.
Communicate effectively and proactively within teams and with a range of different people.
Take an active part in your program and your own professional development.
Follow the international traineeships and continuously develop in the trainings.
Integrate and promote the Knauf Insulation culture and values.
Create your own professional network.

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:

You will be recently graduated in the following areas mechanics, process engineering, chemistry, material sciences or similar.
Languages: Englishis a "must have" and other languages are a plus for this position and for an international environment.

You are flexible and adaptable to relocate in international environments for shorter or longer periods of time.
You live abroad, in Europe or elsewhere.
You are not afraid to travel and you are resourceful.
You are open minded and you want to learn continuously.
