About the role

As an **FTTH build technical administrator** at VeroTech, you support the full fibre build process through accurate technical administration, data validation and operational follow-up. You work with engineering, build partners and internal stakeholders to keep network build files complete, consistent and up to date.

You combine administrative precision with technical understanding in an environment driven by procedures, reporting and changing priorities. Your contribution helps improve dossier quality, clarify end-to-end status and ensure issues are routed to the right teams or partners.

Key responsibilities
- -------------------

* Follow up **engineering activities** related to script execution and the availability of technical outputs

* Verify **bill of materials upload readiness** and request resets when required through the appropriate support channel

* Update **construction and material tasks** in ongoing low-level design dossiers with relevant remarks, notifications and audit information

* Maintain an **end-to-end status overview** of new, ongoing and completed actions for each build dossier

* Register, validate and allocate **issues and data corrections** according to defined procedures

* Monitor checkpoints, interpret operational reports and prepare **status reporting** for stakeholders and management

* Coordinate with build partners and subcontractors to validate status information, complete documentation and close dossiers correctly
