The Customer Care Functional Analyst provides first and second level business & technical support to our clients in a production environment, ensuring that all support is conducted in an accurate, timely and courteous manner.
As a Customer Care Functional Analyst you will be responsible for incident and problem analysis, resolution and escalation, pro-active monitoring, documentation and specific daily operational tasks involving TrueCommerce VMI products and services. The role is key in providing guidance to improve customer business performance and processes related to inventory replenishment.
