### Role Overview

We are looking for **Content Designers** (at Junior, Medior, and Senior levels) to join our team on behalf of one of our major strategic clients based in Brussels. In this role, you will bridge the gap between human interaction and cutting-edge technology. You will design intuitive, conversational, and user-centric experiences, ensuring that content strategy aligns seamlessly with technological capabilities---particularly AI and LLMs.

Depending on your seniority, you will either support the execution of conversational flows or drive the strategic vision, mentoring junior team members and leading complex conversational architecture.

### Key Responsibilities

* **Conversational UX \& Design:** Design, write, and refine natural, clear, and engaging dialogue flows and user journeys for conversational interfaces.

* **Platform Implementation:** Build and configure conversational experiences using industry-leading tools such as **Botpress** and **Rasa**.

* **Content Strategy \& Alignment:** Establish and maintain a cohesive content strategy, ensuring consistency across all conversational touchpoints.

* **AI \& LLM Integration:** Work closely with technical teams to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI behaviors into conversational flows.

* **Data-Driven Optimization:** Analyze user feedback, conversation logs, and performance metrics to iteratively improve the UX.

* **Agile Collaboration:** Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.

* **Security \& Compliance:** Ensure all content and conversational patterns adhere strictly to information security guidelines and data privacy standards.

* **Support \& Communication:** Act as an advocate for excellent conversational design, providing clear documentation, support, and training to internal peers and stakeholders.

### Your Profile

* **Experience:** 1 years (Junior), 3 years (Medior), or 5 years (Senior) of dedicated experience in content design, conversational UX, or copywriting.

* **Conversational Tech Stack:** Proven hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms like **Botpress** or **Rasa**.

* **UX Mindset:** Strong understanding of UX writing principles, human-computer interaction, and user-centric design.

* **Methodology:** Comfortable working in fast-paced **Agile/Scrum** environments.

* **Security Aware:** A strong awareness of information security protocols and how they impact conversational data.

* **Languages (Mandatory):**

* Professional proficiency (minimum 3/4) in **Dutch (NL)** **OR** **French (FR)**.

* Professional proficiency (minimum 3/4) in **English (EN)**.
