Within the domain of Customer operations, we do this for Contact centers and External Retail, among others. The Customer Operations Steering Tribe is looking for a Business Analyst to help make a difference in this landscape.
In this position you will take the lead to form a bridge between the internal Business Owners and Telenets partners. You will therefore build a strong network and trust relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
You help define the framework within which our the company works, builds relationships, maintains suppliers and oversees. You do this at an operational level as well as at a tactical and strategic level.
You actively collaborate with colleagues to evaluate and shape the collaboration model and contract with our partners.
In this role you lend central support for the Customer Operations domain. Your role is to provide stakeholders with advice, active insights and support on key issues.
You will ensure a correct, data-driven evaluation of defined collaborations with suppliers and partners and provide accurate overviews of our portfolio of suppliers and partners.
You will consolidate this information in various dimensions and use these insights to provide active advice, scenarios and options for decision-making and strategic projections.
You have a strong analytical skill with a solution-oriented approach and can identify the impact of "change" on the business organization and on the customer experience.
