### As a Business Analyst...

You are the true conductor between our clients and our technical teams! Your main mission is to translate complex business needs into efficient and innovative digital solutions, firmly oriented towards open source. On a daily basis, you will:

* **Analyze and gather** our clients' business requirements during dynamic co-design workshops.

* **Write** functional specifications (User Stories, requirement documents) with rigor and clarity.

* **Support** the development teams (developers, tech leads, architects) to ensure a clear understanding of the goals during each sprint.

* **Model** business processes and actively participate in designing the functional architecture.

* **Manage** the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase and guarantee the flawless quality of final deliverables.

* **Advise** our clients on optimizing their digital ecosystem by guiding them toward the best open-source solutions on the market.

### Your profile

With a higher education degree in IT, engineering, or business (Master's level), you have a successful experience of at least 4 years as a **Business Analyst** or Proxy Product Owner in the digital sector.

* You perfectly master **Agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) and tracking tools (Jira, Confluence).

* You have a strong interest in the **web and open source**, and you understand the major challenges of complex digital architectures (e-commerce, portals, business applications).

* Endowed with excellent **interpersonal skills**, you know how to popularize technical concepts to make them accessible to all types of stakeholders.

* Your **analytical mind**, proactivity, and active listening make you a trusted partner, capable of positively challenging requirements.
