As a Back Office Solar Project manager Manager, you will be Responsible for the design and the management of solar projects for our innovative solar prefab panel Helioroof.

You will coordinate the deployment of solar installation on our 50 facilities in Europe to support our ambitious decarbonation plan (minus 35% within 2030).

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise to set up solar project development processes for Helioroof
• Prepare layout plans, choose technical solutions, size inverters, design electrical architecture, calculate solar yield and perform self-consumption studies.
• Onsite support of our partners for their first Helioroof project installation
• Identify projects opportunities to grow the Helioroof project pipeline
• Participate to the development of our subcontractors and partners portfolio for solar projects development
• Carry out feasibility and potential studies on identified Arcelormittal sites
• Prepare layout and electrical design plans for solar projects
• Ensure integration of Helioroof panels into solar expert design software

Profile

• University / Engineering degree
• Electrical engineer with experience min 2 years in engineering office or solar industry
• Fluency in English, good basis in French
• Knowledge of German or Spanish is a strong plus

• you will report to the Solar Roof General Manager
• you can be located in France or BENELUX or Germany or Spain
• regular business trips required
