At Amaris Consulting, we are looking for a seasoned Workspace Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Belgium. This opportunity is perfect for those with 1 to 5 years of experience in the field, seeking a challenging role in a fast-paced, international environment. This position is a full-time, Undetermined Duration Contract, requiring immediate availability.

• Provide on-site 1st/2nd level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and applications problems.
• Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
• Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the problem management database.
• Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team.
• Document solutions to common problems and responses to frequently asked questions.
• Contribute to technician knowledgebase as needed.
• Assist in the development of a comprehensive training program for users.
• Ensure the Workspace Support Technician team is meeting and exceeding performance expectations, defined metrics/benchmarks.
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.

This role is based in Zaventem and requires the candidate to be onsite 5 days a week. Proficiency in Dutch is a must.

About You

We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented individual with a strong background as a User Side Support. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, is customer-focused, and has a keen eye for detail.

• 1 to 5 years of experience as a Workspace Support Technician or in similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English.
