Currently, we are looking for a WMS Functional Analyst for a global enterprise.

Tasks

We are looking for an experienced senior analyst who can assist on requirements gathering for a big software ERP project in the field of logistics-, production- and quality processes.

Serve as the crucial link between the business and the development team.
Thoroughly understand each (new) business requirement and translate these into detailed requirements and specifications for the development team.
Collaborate closely with the senior solution architect.
Quickly comprehend complex ERP environments and devise innovative solutions for product limitations, performance issues, and intricate business requirements.
Rapidly familiarize yourself with the current functionalities and technical aspects of our existing WMS and ERP applications.
Ensure the quality of the WMS application is maintained and aligned with our established principles.
Identify data requirements for the ERP/WMS and define new interfaces as needed.
Oversee timing, progress, risks, and dependencies alongside the project/team manager to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as an (IT) functional analyst.
Strong analytical skills and solution-driven approach.
Deep knowledge of functional analysis (business analysis knowledge is a plus).
Experience in logistical and production environments.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in UML.
Knowledge of data modeling with ERD.
Ability to transform business requirements into IT requirements using user stories, story maps, and data models.
Effective working both in a team and independently.
Collaborate with technical teams on development projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve information gathering issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for requirements, processes, and procedures.
Knowledge of BPMN is a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
