Technical Analyst - Integration

**Technical Analyst (Integration)**
*Cloud \& Data Integration*

*SAP, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce \& Azure \| Ostend, Belgium (Hybrid)*

You want systems to actually talk to each other. Properly.

Not just patched together and hoping for the best. You want to be the reason things quietly keep working, even when three different platforms would rather not cooperate. If that sounds like you, we're looking for exactly that mindset at Orac.

**About Orac**

At Orac, we don't see walls as surfaces. We see them as blank canvases. What we create is not decoration, but the elements that define how a space feels. For over 50 years, we've been refining that craft. Combining tradition with innovation and design thinking with industrial precision.

We work with people who care about detail. Because detail is never just a detail: it's what makes something feel right.

Curious how we think and work?

###### **The opportunity**

From day one, you're in the engine room:

* You're involved across the full integration landscape: SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce and our Operational Data Store.

* In your first months: structured onboarding into our platforms, tools and operating model, guided by our Cloud \& Data Integration team.

* As you grow increasing ownership over the integration flows you manage, from smaller fixes to end-to-end projects

* An international environment: solution analysts, a Technical Architect, business teams and external partners, all relying on what you build.

###### **What you'll own**

* You're the person who makes sure everything keeps talking to everything else, every single time.

* You help design and document integration flows: interfaces, APIs, message flows, data mappings.

* You handle second-line support for integration incidents, digging into logs and payloads, finding root causes, not just symptoms.

* You monitor the health of our data flows and catch problems while they're still small.

* You support testing, UAT and go-lives for real projects

* You build documentation that makes life easier for the whole team, including the first line.

* You spot opportunities to simplify, automate and modernize how our platforms connect.

**What you bring**

* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, IT combined with some hands-on experience, whether that's an internship, a first job, or a few years in a similar technical role

* Genuinely curious about how systems fit together. You ask "why" before you ask "how".

* Structured and analytical: you break a problem down before you try to solve it.

* Some hands-on exposure to APIs, middleware or system integration through a course, internship or personal project, and curiosity about how platforms like SAP, Salesforce or Adobe Commerce connect. Azure knowledge is a plus, but eagerness to learn it fast counts just as much.

* You can explain a technical issue just as clearly to a colleague as to someone who's never seen an API in their life.

* Comfortable switching between an urgent fire and a longer-term project without losing quality.

* Curious about AI and how it can make integration work smarter, from automating routine checks to speeding up troubleshooting.

* Bonus points if you've worked with ticketing systems, Agile/Scrum, or have picked up an Azure certification along the way.

* Fluent in English; our team and systems span several countries.

Not sure you tick every box? If this role feels right to you and you recognise yourself in the way we work, we'd still like to hear from you.

**What makes this role worth it**

* A structured learning path from day one. You are supported, not left to figure it out alone.

* Growing ownership: from learning the landscape to owning your own corner of it.

* Direct impact on the digital backbone of a fast-growing, internationally active company.

* A collaborative Digital team, open to new tools and ideas.

* An attractive salary package including net allowance, meal vouchers, group insurance, DKV hospital insurance (family included), and a bicycle lease after one year.

* Exclusive perks: employee discounts on Orac products, plus deals with 200 partner companies across travel, fashion, food, electronics, and entertainment.

* Hybrid working, with home office possibilities.
