Supply Chain Transformation Lead – Head of Anaplan Supply Chain South
### **About the role**
As **Head of Anaplan Supply Chain South** , you have **three roles.** **You grow our Anaplan business** in Switzerland, Austria, Iberia and France, together with Anaplan. **You lead complex end-to-end supply chain transformation programs** for our clients. And you **lead and develop your squad** of (senior) consultants. You also drive the AI transformation in your region: in what we bring to clients and in how we deliver.
**What you'll do**
**Drive growth in the South region**
* Own the growth of our Anaplan business in Switzerland, Austria, Iberia and France.
* Build a strong partnership with the regional Anaplan teams. Plan accounts together, run joint campaigns and win deals together.
* Identify and shape new opportunities with new and existing clients. Collaborate with our sales and presales team, who support you through the full sales cycle.
* Bring AI into client conversations. Help clients see where AI improves their planning decisions, and turn that into new opportunities.
* Use your understanding of the local markets to strengthen Bluecrux' presence and reputation in the region.
* Set regional priorities together with fellow Bluecrux leaders.
**Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation programs**
* Lead complex supply chain planning transformations, from scoping and design through implementation.
* Bring deep supply chain planning expertise. Challenge and guide clients on their planning processes.
* Lead the solution design together with the client. Make sure design decisions support the client's business objectives.
* Use AI to make our delivery faster and better. Apply AI tools in design, build and testing, and share what works with other squads.
* Deliver the end-to-end implementation with a team of solution architects and model builders. Set clear plans, governance and responsibilities. Manage risks and dependencies.
* Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. Guide them through difficult decisions and grow the collaboration over time.
**Build and lead your squad**
* Lead your squad as their team lead. Set clear expectations, give regular feedback and manage performance. Foster innovation, collaboration and high quality in everything we do.
* Support each team member's career development and support your team leads to do the same.
* Build the skills and leadership capacity your squad needs as the business grows.
* Drive AI adoption in your squad. Make sure your team builds AI skills and uses AI in their daily work.
* Hire new talent and grow the team in line with regional growth.
* Bring lessons from clients and projects back into our Anaplan offering, together with other Bluecrux leaders.
