Qualifications

You

Have over 7 years of experience in the software development and design

Are a phenomenal teammate and can work in an autonomous way

Are solution driven and work towards your goals in a collaborative way

Share knowledge with others naturally and continuously learning is part of your DNA

You are flexible and willing to work in a VUCA environment. For you, change is the norm

You take ownership for your work

You have a shown experience working in Agile (Agile practice).

You have good communication skills and are fluent in English. You can easily interact at various levels in the company and with diverse collaborators both within IT and Business

You have experience working in a “project” mode

You are proactive, curious and interested in different technologies

You act as a facilitator and encourage collaboration

You are result oriented

You are curious and eager to learn with a particular interest in broadening your content understanding of the business

You learn while also coaching the more junior members of your squad and maintain a positive and constructive stance at all times

When applicable, you act as a Servant leader creating culture of openness, empowerment and collaboration focused on company objectives
