We are looking for a creative and dynamic team player to fill the position of Senior Project Manager . The ideal candidate has an extensive experience of managing projects in the communication or creative sectors on international level; acts as the client’s voice when developing and executing campaigns; steers communication measures and manages their costs.

The Project Manager follows the day-to-day development and implementation of large EU 360° communication campaigns, projects and services. As Project Manager you will ensure good co-operation between team members and experts teams. You will also be the main client contact point, attends strategic, reviews and progress meetings. You will be monitoring the campaign & project financial performance, seeks for innovative and creative solutions.

Responsible for:

Lead and implement communication projects from offer to reporting, following all requirements foreseen in the contracts

Ensuring implementation according to Prince 2 methodology

Ensuring the correct financial management of the campaigns and projects – regular reporting and analysis of costs;

Encouraging team spirit, promoting professionalism and positive attitude;

Ensuring high quality work: meeting professional standards and client expectations, by ensuring Prince-2 processes are applied and followed, implementing workflows and looking into creative solutions to unblock issues;

Supervising the team by providing regular feedback and guidance

Competencies / Skills:

Excellent managerial skills and team-oriented focus;

Knowledge of the European Institutions functioning is a plus

Self-motivated and self-directed and ability to work on own initiative with a “can do” attitude;

Strong problem solving, analytical, organisational, and planning skills.

Flexible with a great sense of responsibility, service and adaptability to changing workloads;

Collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve goals;

Min. 5 years in Project management knowledge;

Fluent in English knowledge of French is a plus (written and verbal);

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
