Working at the intersection of technology, research and project leadership, you help multidisciplinary teams transform ambitious ideas into successful project outcomes. You create alignment between researchers, technical leads and customers while driving execution in a dynamic matrix organization.

Key responsibilities

* **Lead** the planning and execution of complex R\&D projects by defining project scope, milestones, deliverables, resource needs and dependencies.

* **Collaborate** with technical leads and stakeholders to balance customer requirements, research objectives and organizational priorities.

* **Establish** **effective project governance**, including meeting cadences, reporting structures, documentation standards and communication plans.

* **Monitor** **project performance and execution** through milestone tracking, resource planning, deliverable management and progress reporting.

* **Identify, assess and manage** project risks, issues and dependencies, and escalate critical topics when required.

* **Foster collaboration** across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders within a **matrix organization**.

* Drive **continuous improvement initiatives** by identifying opportunities to optimize work methods, business processes and project management practices.

* Contribute to the **evolution of project management methodologies, tools and best practices** across the organization.
