Sarens Projects is for the upcoming 3 years involved in the INEOS Project ONE construction plant, located in Antwerp harbor region. This new installation will run a climate-neutral production and is the biggest investment in European petrochemical industry as for the last 20 years.

Sarens Projects is delivering all hoisting services on the project site, as from the smallest lift till the biggest load-out, in a safe, qualitative and efficient way. To reinforce our project operations crew, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager.

Your job as a Project Manager in a nutshell:

-Technical and operational search of the project
-Project follow-up in terms of operational progress, "budget - scope - timing" 
-Supervising the operational activities, with a strong eye for safety and quality.
-Managing, motivating and coaching the project team.
-Contract management & Financial follow-up.

As a Project Manager you report to the Senior Project Manager and you work closely with the project support team and the operational site managers.

The profile requirements:

-Technical master degree (. construction, engineering…)
-At least 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a technical project environment (heavy lifting, steel construction…)
-Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
-Flexible attitude
