Project Manager

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Create and monitor cost reports to ensure projects stay within budget
  • Handle pricing changes in the scope of work and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Manage progress billings, supplier and sub-trade payables
  • Coordinate the purchasing of major items for projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery
  • Attend start-up, download, site, and owner meetings
  • Monitor field production and address any issues that may arise

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all personnel and subtrades
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with consultants, owners, subtrades, suppliers, governing authorities, and various company departments
  • Organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience with water and wastewater treatment plants is an asset
