You’ll drive initiatives aligned with our strategic and sustainability goals and execute engineering projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to Etex EHS standards, schedules, and budgets.
What you’ll do:
Implement standardised process control and energy optimization strategies
Analyse current processes and energy usage to identify areas for improvement
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
Oversee the implementation of new systems and changes
Conduct thorough testing and monitoring to ensure performance meets expectations
Troubleshoot and address any issues that arise
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with process changes
Document project aspects and provide regular progress reports
What you’ll bring:
Engineering degree
Some experience as a project engineer in an industrial environment
Strong exposure to process engineering and project management
Experience with energy optimization projects is a plus
Eagerness to learn and grow in the Etex Industry and Fire Protection technology
Fluent in English; basic Dutch is also required
