About the role

As a Development Engineer, you will develop and optimize process steps in a cleanroom environment. This includes **thin film deposition** , **patterning** , etching, bonding, and **layer characterization** . You will integrate these steps into **full device fabrication** flows, monitoring critical parameters for yield and performance. Your **hands-on work in the lab** will execute processing runs with accuracy, repeatability, and proper documentation.
