What You'll Do:
Test and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies.
Make recommendations for improvements in quality, productivity, safety, and cost.
Collaborate with the Center of Excellence Leader to implement process improvements.
Define action plans with support from the central Process Engineering team.
Drive the implementation of action plans and monitor their efficiency.
Participate actively in fibrecement transversal projects, adhering to deadlines and scope.
Use the available network to prepare and present solutions for transversal projects.
Ensure sustained improvements by organizing data sharing with relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the creation and dissemination of standards, aligning content with process owners.
Formalize and share all learnings with the Process Engineering team for standardization and dissemination across fibrecement plants.
What You'll Bring:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Experience in manufacturing positions or high technical knowledge in fibercement production
Strong ability to work target-oriented with broad networks in an agile environment
Good project management skills in an operational setting
Good understanding of fiber cement technologies or other process technology
Excellent documentation skills
Result-driven with the ability to implement standards
Coaching and developing mindset
