Manager – IT Change Management

Context

As part of the Globalization of AXA GO operations and the IPC TOM stream of Harmony Program, the Change Management function is being globalized and will manage off GO changes through a global team, starting with Europe, Asia and Americas to follow. This role is the new Manager position to manage the team as well as the transition of the upcoming scopes. 

Job Purpose

Manage the team of IT Change Managers for GO, based in Europe, Asia and Americas. The scope will extend along with the IPC TOM roll out.

Ensure all GO Changes are of quality and contribute to the QoS objectives of GO, follow the agreed processes and are well coordinated with Product teams and Entities impacted

Participate in the IPC TOM Transition project, support transition of OpCo scope and embed new members in the team at the path of the integrated scopes.

Progressively transition the IT Change Process to the target including all Silva updates

Main Activities

Team Management

·Lead and manage a team of 10 Change Managers from July 2024, providing guidance, support and mentorship. The size of the team will evolve along with the deployment of IPC TOM.

·As this is a new virtual team, create the team cohesion, working methods and practices as well as sense of purpose, to be measured through Pulse results

·Complete all HR responsibilities related to this team (objective setting, end of year reviews, performance management, recruitment …)

·Develop and implement IT change management policies, procedures, and processes to support the organization's goals and objectives.

·Collaborate with IT teams and business units to ensure that changes are planned, approved, and implemented effectively.

·Monitor and report on the progress of change management activities, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

·Continuously improve the change management process by identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.

·Act as first point of escalation for any necessary arbitration, escalate as necessary to higher management.

·Monitor measurement of the process KPIs, analyse of results and development of suitable improvement plans to enhance maturity of change process and operational impacts

Transition Project

·As part of the IPC TOM Transition project, lead the Change Management stream

·Transition the agreed current scope for OpCo changes to the entities, and gather the remaining team creating a cohesive team to cover all GO changes

·Manage the pilot of the target Change Process and CAB structure with a product line, establish outcome and get agreement of Steer Co for roll out

·Manage the roll out of target Process and CABs to all products

·Strong stakeholder management of products and Entities to ensure alignment and concerns are addressed

·Participate in all necessary steering committees

·Identify and document any changes to processes, deploy with support from IT Standardisation Program. Work closely with the GPO during the project to ensure global processes stay relevant

·Identify any changes needed to Silva and manage enhancements with Silva team

Experience

  • Experience in Change Management
  • Experience and knowledge of IT Operations
  • Have worked within a Global organization
  • Experience on deploying ITIL processes
  • Soft Skills

  • Constructive and pro-active stakeholder management to gain recognition of the Change process and its contribution to QoS and operations
  • Excellent communication skills to various levels, in English
  • Energizes a community to actively support process adoption, adherence and continuous feedback.
