Life Sciences Project Manager
Job description
As a Pharmaceutical Project Management Consultant, you will thrive in a multinational environment, honing your expertise across a wide array of projects. Your primary objective will be to support and enhance the implementation and optimization of client projects.
Roles and Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the on-site director and collaborating with a team of technical specialists, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring effective project planning and meticulous tracking.
- Closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Tracking global progress and resource allocation, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Evaluating project performance.
- Initiating feasibility studies and effectively managing budgets, teams, and resources.
Ideal Profile: We are seeking candidates with a scientific background, such as engineers, chemists, biologists, scientists, pharmacists, or similar disciplines. Additionally, you should possess the following attributes:
- Proactive nature with excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
- Mastery of Lean Management, Six Sigma, Prince 2, or PMP methodologies.
- One to ten years of relevant experience in a similar role.
