In this role:

* You help manage and optimise a portfolio of more than 100 MWp of solar assets, working across operational performance, customer relationships, financial follow-up and process improvement

* You monitor operational and financial asset performance and identify deviations, risks and improvement opportunities

* You contribute to better processes, tools and governance, so portfolio management becomes more scalable and consistent

* Depending on your experience, you progressively take ownership of an assigned portfolio

* You maintain a clear overview of assets, customer topics, contractual obligations, invoicing, reporting and open actions

* You turn operational and financial data into clear priorities and documented follow-up

* You build strong customer and partner relationships through clear, proactive communication

* You coordinate incidents, priorities and follow-up with customers, maintenance partners and internal teams

* You identify opportunities to strengthen customer value, including battery storage and energy management solutions

You report to the Head of Portfolio \& Strategic Partnerships and work closely with customers, maintenance partners, suppliers and colleagues across the Belgian and Dutch teams. At Joulz we believe in doing it together, helping each other out and communicating clearly.

### What you bring in energy \& expertise

*Skills, mindset and how you like to work together.*

* A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, finance, engineering, business or a related discipline), or equivalent professional experience

* Relevant experience in an operational, financial, commercial, technical or customer-facing role --- we welcome strong graduates as well as experienced candidates

* Structured and accountable, with the discipline to prioritise and follow actions through to completion

* Analytical and financially literate, confident working with operational data and Excel

* Clear communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders

* Hands-on and pragmatic, while continuously looking for smarter and more scalable ways of working

* Comfortable taking initiative; experienced candidates should be able to manage complex topics autonomously

* Commercial awareness and an interest in developing long-term customer value

* Experience in energy, renewable energy or technical asset management is an advantage, and is expected for more experienced applicants

* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled workflows is an advantage

* Fluent in Dutch or French, able to communicate effectively in the other national language, and professionally proficient in English
