Internship : Engineering Compliance Training & Documentation Management, Global Vaccines Supply Chain, Belgium – 2024

Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Master in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy or any other scientific relevant discipline in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.

Language requirement: You are fluent in English.

Other requirements: Multi-tasking, organized, good communication and autonomous. Good skills in Microsoft Office application use.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Duration: Minimum 4 months

Requisite : The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?

  • Support distribution risk assessment process : digitalization, projects and routine execution in collaboration with Vaccines Distribution Planning

  • Support EHS compliance for GVSC (deliver trainings, calculating KPI)

  • Support GVSC inspection readiness in regards to GxP, Trade, EHS and Security regulations.

  • Overall support compliance team in multiple tasks/projects

  • You’ll be excited by the thought of:

  • Be Flexible to support on various aspects and approaches according to team requirements
