### **The Role**

We are currently seeking talented **FSP Business \& Technical Analysts** at Junior, Medior, and Senior levels to join our consulting team on behalf of one of our major clients. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between business requirements, regulatory frameworks, and complex integration engineering systems (FSP/ESB).

Depending on your level of seniority, you will either translate technical workflows into structured requirements or lead high-level compliance, functional architecture, and data governance strategies.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Requirements \& Functional Analysis:** Analyze complex business needs and technical workflows, translating them into clear functional specifications using UML diagrams and models.

* **Integration Frameworks:** Conduct technical analysis on File Sharing Platforms (FSP), Enterprise Service Buses (ESB), and Greenshift integration architectures.

* **Compliance \& Governance:** Ensure data compliance and integration alignment with European regulations (GDPR) and official authentic data sources (Sources authentiques).

* **Architecture Alignment:** Collaborate with engineering teams to review SOA, REST API designs, and modern microservices strategies.

* **Agile \& Delivery:** Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, managing and prioritizing product backlogs via Jira and Confluence.

* **Observability Insights:** Leverage system insights from monitoring tools (Zabbix, ELK Stack) and cloud/virtualized Linux environments to refine technical analysis.

### **Your Profile**

#### **Experience Requirements:**

* **Junior (J):** 1 year of experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or system integration.

* **Medior (M):** 3 years of proven experience analyzing ESB/FSP workflows and managing GDPR/data governance initiatives.

* **Senior (S):** 10 years of expert-level experience leading large-scale requirements engineering, complex system modeling, and data privacy transformations.

#### **Technical \& Professional Skills:**

* **Methodologies \& Design:** Agile/Scrum, UML modeling, advanced functional \& technical analysis.

* **Data \& Compliance:** GDPR regulations, integration with authentic sources (Sources authentiques).

* **Integration Concepts:** SOA/REST architectures, FSP/ESB technical flows, Greenshift.

* **Infrastructure Awareness:** General understanding of Linux, virtualization, Public Cloud environments, and monitoring systems (Zabbix, ELK).

* **Tools:** Expert usage of Jira and Confluence.

#### **Language Skills:**

* Fluent in **either** Dutch (NL) **or** French (FR) (Minimum 3/4 - Professional Working Proficiency)

* **AND** Fluent in English (EN) (Minimum 3/4 - Professional Working Proficiency)
