At the Whiteam we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (PMO) to join our team in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing IT development projects and possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies. As a certified professional in PM2/Prince2, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and designing projects to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee IT development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Utilize PM2/Prince2 methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish project governance structures.
  • Coordinate project resources, including personnel, budgets, and timelines, to optimize project performance and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, and facilitate decision-making and issue resolution as needed.
  • Lead project meetings, workshops, and reviews, and facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct project assessments and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and promote continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and contribute to the development and enhancement of project management processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • PM2/Prince2 certification.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in IT development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with hands-on experience in project coordination and design.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • EU citizenship is mandatory for this role
